Received 2 (qty) “Open Box” Philips Sonicare Gentle Clean Premium Replacement Brush Heads 8 Pack ToothX, in acceptable self-adhesive flap pouch that was still sealed.

The package arrived on schedule.

Upon opening one of the retaped “open box” items, I immediately noticed that the first 3 brush heads were used. The evidence was toothpaste residue on the bottom of the brush heads and the bristles were spread apart and NOT in tight groups as brush heads in new condition usually are.

On the same day that I received the package, I immediately initiated a return product request and provided pictures to corroborate my claim.
Seller accepted my product return request.

The reply to my return request came with a message, “ Hold tight for your return shipping label”.

After waiting 1 week for the return shipping label from the seller, which never arrived, I made a trip to my local US Post Office and they where able to print out the label for me, at no cost, using the return request received QR Code.

Upon receiving the tracking notification that the seller received my returned package,
I waited an additional 5 days for a refund notice.

That refund notice never came, until I opened a “case” with eBay on Sunday, August 31, 2026.

On Monday, September 01, 2026, I received a refund notice from eBay.
